Big flavours and bright colours, that’s what you can expect from Vault City Brewing. We’re the UK’s biggest sour beer producer and we’ve been making fruit-forward, modern sour beers in Edinburgh since 2018.
Our mixed fermentation style and distinctive house culture create the perfect base for real fruit ingredients, which gives our beer its intense aroma and flavour, not to mention the eye-catching colours.

Hazy deep red / maroon wth a small bubbly pink-tinged head and a fruity chocolate aroma. Fresh and fruity, a bit of fizz, syrup, a touch of tartness and a dry but sweet finish.

440ml can from Tesco Extra in Chesterfield - jet black pour with a lush frothy tan head. Milk chocolate dominates, a little sweetish, slight roasted chocolate savouryness to the finish. Velvety mouthfeel makes it smooth, and adds a little to the sweetness.
