So, I should have had an Irn Bru before trying this one. Orange, apricot sour, bubblegum sweet finish. Much more sour than most vault city

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Fully hazy, dirty gold. Thick off white head settles to a thin, lacing foam. Nose has acid drop sweets. Lemon sherbet. Some pineapple. Some mango. A yoghurt thing runs throughout. Taste is juicy, tart, and lightly puckering. Juicy acidity on the palate. A little drying. Fine, crisp carbonation. More of the tart and juice to finish. Could have managed more hop character for me, but it’s a tasty beer regardless.

Caña en Cimmeria 17..01..2020. Color rojizo rosáceo con espuma blanca rosácea. Sabores a fresas suaves y ligeros ácidos. Cuerpo medio con bastante sabor, fino, fácil de beber. Bastante buena, Refrescante, buena combinación de fresas y ácidos. Para repetir sin duda. Gran descubrimiento.

Looks like mango puree. Thick puree texture. It's got lots of sweet creamy mango and chilli heat. An interesting novelty.
