Sampled from bottle at International Cider Festival. Hazy orange golden with thin white bubble ring head. Sweet apples, vanilla. Rusty and mossy. Bone dry. Very nutty and woody. Sampled from bottle at International Cider Festival. Clear straw with no head. Mossy funky pear, dry pear fruit and greasy moss, dry tannins and some horseblanket. Moderate sweet and bitter. Very dry and mild funky. Great!

Sweet funky apples, I love how dirty and weird this is, nutty, applesauce, old moldy apple peel, sheeps grease, this is the true farmhouse style that I love. Tap at Uiltje Bar. Clear golden with bubbles round the edges. Sweet apples, applesauce, some barky mold. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft sparkle. Quite nice. // Bottle at home, from cider festival. Bright golden, sweet apples, sour apple, light moldy treebark, massive almond, tannins. Moderate sweet and bitter, slightly sour and very dry. Tap at Uiltje Bar. Clear darker golden with small fizzy head. Sweet apples, caramel, light cow dung, hay, apricot, pear, light diesel. Strong apple mixed with barnyard and light plastic/diesel. I love it. Actually quite sweet for a brut cider, light sour. Over medium bodied with slightly dry finish. Good.

Bottle sampled at the International Cider Festival, Rotterdam. Clear dark golden with a big lively short lived white head. Aroma of tart green apples, red apple, apple core and a light funk. Flavour is moderate sweet. Light to light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle sample @ Van Moll fest 2015, Eindhoven. Léger orangé, qcq bulles percent à la surface. Arôme offre un bouquet plaisant de pomme, le tout gardant un rétro mettant en avant un côté assez sucré. Palais de ^pomme avec un petit côté caramel, sucre, fini astringent-amertume et râpeux. Pétillant moyen dont le fruité est appréciable avec un longueur de pomme persistante en fin de bouche surtout sur le petit plus apporté par le fleuri.
