Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy amber beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. aroma of rye malt, red malt, red fruits, nuts,some spices. Taste of grainy red malt, red fruits, rye, some smoke, raisins.

Bottle from Biermuda. Malty nose. The beer starts mild and malty. Not too deep, hazelnuts and slightly roasted malt. Moderate bitter aftertaste with hints of nuts.

0.33 l bottle from 'Biermuda', best before December 2018. Almost clear, deep amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, nuts and hints of honey. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, malty taste of caramel, nuts and some honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not bad, just quite dull.

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a medium-sized and minimally off-white foamy head. Nose of oxidized malt and onions. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Slightly bready malty taste with traces of caramel, subtle fruity spots; cautious spicy and resiny hops character towards the mildly bitter finish. 27.VII.18

Fresh hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, lychee and resin, backed by a rounded malty, slightly toasty touch and a whiff of caramel. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Dry, a tad slim and slightly toasted malty base with hints of caramel and a present fruity and slightly resiny hops profile; dry cara-malty and mildly fruity hoppy finish. Nice one. 12.VI.18

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber colour with a short and off-white foamy head. Slightly toasted malty nose with notes of caramel, hints of chocolate and subtle berry-fruits, backed by herbal hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Slightly toasted malty base with caramel, subtle fruits and drying herbal hops, especially towards the bitter-sweet finish. Likeable but not to be compared with the famous Altbeers from Duesseldorf. 09.VI.18
