Small cream head, stable, over very deep dark brown beer. Wet dog combined with breadcrust, dark bread. Less wet dog in the mouth, but even more dark bread; dark grains, roast, melanoidins. And missing all the normal features of a classid Weizen. Very thin body (a wheat!), not very carbonated. Weird, putting it mildly. Given blind, we would never have guessed Weizen, Dunkel or other. Thin.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark golden, small head. Sweetish malty aroma. Starts mild, malty, light sweetish touch. Some fruity hints of peaches, some wheat. Finish again sweetish-malty. Okay.

Small white rim over unclear brownish beer with golden highlights. Smoked, Rauchmalz, bit phenolic - but all mild. Light Rauchmalz, but mainly (mild) pipetobacco. There's a faint acidity, difficult to identify. The other side of the mild coin: watery MF and body. Bit slick, good carbonation. An interesting, light Rauchbier.

0.5 l flip-top bottle thanks to Ogi, shared with Marko and him. Hazy amber, small off-white head. Light malty bready aroma, a fruity touch. Soft smoke in the flavour, tart fruit, apple, yeast, also meaty. Light body, soft texture, abrupt finish.

0.5l fliptop. Misty dark red body, off-white head. Bean-like sweetish smokey notes, some autolyisis yeasty notes. Lean, dryish, yet slightly sweetish yeasty taste, bit peaty, smokey beans touches... light veggies in the finish, vaguely phenolic. I mean, I should like the beer by default, the phoenix is in my grandma's family's crest and all. It sucks tho, unworthy of the name.
