Light purple color. Light tannins, light oak, beautiful Pinot noir. Light tart and light sweet. This amazing palate of sweet fruitness, wine barrel low tannins . Heavy body. A touch warming and boozy. Fun. Think it should be lower abv but still amaamazing

Hazy pale, thin head. The aroma is gin, so lots of botanicals. This has a fair amount of sweetness, medium botanicals, medium bitterness. Salmonberry, with a bit of yeastiness, well-balanced.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of bugginess, gentle gin barrels, and subtle rustic saison yeast. Flavour has quite prominent gin barrels, with rustic saison yeast, and gentle bugginess. Tons of gin that works really well with the rustic, buggy yeast expression. Excellent.

750mL bottle. Pours cloudy blonde with a white head. Spicy saison yeast, gentle Chardonnay must, oak, and some gin botanicals on the nose. Flavour has spicy saison yeast, woody oak, gin botanicals, some white wine character. Great complexity and balance. This is excellent.

Light golden white color. Upfront oak and peaches, white wine, slightly herbal.funky yeast, light dry palate great balance and depth. Firm carbonation. Superb. Warm finish. Didn’t look at Abv but must be higher than the palate would lead me to be.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Lightly hazed yellow gold with small white head. Wild yeast, mild floral hops, feint hint of lemon citrus note, spelt quality is very minimal so enjoy it.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of rustic bugginess and a touch of oak. Flavour has fermented out honey, rustic notes, a touch of bugginess, and maybe a hint of oak. Quite bitter for a saison, surprisingly given the old hops. Rustic, buggy and bitter. Very good.

750ml (thx, Josh!) @ Ryan's.
Aroma: nice bugs with some fruity notes.
Taste: taste is along the same lines, but it has an unusually high bitterness for saisons and Floodland saisons in particular.
Overall: still a good one.
