Bottle @Dsquared2 Sofia (Bulgaria). Dorata, velata, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note di fiori bianchi, pepe, scorza di limone. In bocca è molto morbida e ben bilanciata, con lieve acidulo, un attacco abboccato e chiusura un filo amara. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Buona.

Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma of yeast and hops grainy with flower nots lively and gassy mouth feels light and mild finish.
