Description
Hills is a kraft beer of a small independent brewery near the city of Plovdiv. The place where the classic traditions of brewing become the end product so that we can enjoy a truly pure, high-quality beer together.

Hills is made of pure mountain water from the Rhodopes and specially selected high quality raw materials from Germany. The recipes are by master brewer Wolfgang Trautner - with over 29 years of experience in the industry. The whole process is controlled by three Bulgarian technologists in the brewery, who take care from "A to Hills" for compliance with the "German Beer Purity Act of 1516."

Bottle from 1001 beers, Sofia. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, straw and hops. Nice grassy bitter finish.

19/8/2022. Bottle shared outside 1001 Beers, Sofia. Pours almost clear pale golden orange with a frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, orange, light herb, yeast, chalky edge. Moderate sweetness and medium plus bitterness. Moderate body, a bit fizzy.

19/8/2022. Bottle shared outside 1001 Beers, Sofia. Pours clear dark golden with a large frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, grass, citrus, yeast, caramel, flowers. Moderate sweetness and medium plus bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Bitter finish. Not bad.

Fairly hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of herbs, yeast, banana and citric notes behind with wheat and cardboard. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.
