0,33 flaske delt med Kitty på Ataturk Airport Istanbul 1.6.18: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Etter en uke i Albania, endelig en ordentlig øl! Frisk humleprofil med citrus, furunål og grapefrugt. Sklir lekende lett over ganen. Frisk avslutning med mersmak.

Hazy, orange to yellow colored, medium frothy white head. Aroma is of malt, biscuit, moderate citrus and floral hoppiness. Taste is medium sweet malt, biscuit, medium citrus and floral hops, pretty fresh hops, moderate bitterness, dry finish, bit yeasty. Medium bodied, average+ carbonation, oily. Hazy, amber colored, medium beige head. Aroma is of malt, some iscuit, bit toast, some citrus and floral hops, bit spicy, yeast. Taste is medium sweet malt, biscuit, caramel, bit toast, medium- citrus, spicy and floral hops, bit grassy with a dose of harshness, medium bitterness, yeasty, dry finish. 330 ml bottle. Thanks George for sharing! Dark brown to black color with beige head. Malty aroma, roasted, bread, chocolate, caramel. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

From bottle at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Thanks George. Clear red amber color with off white head. Malty aroma, bread and caramel, some fruity and veggie notes. Sweet taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Unclear, yellow colored, medium white frothy head. Aroma is of some pale malt, bit biscuit, medium+ citrus and floral hops, pretty fresh and clean. Taste is medium sweet malt, bit biscuit, medium+ citrus and floral hoppy aroma, medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium- bodied, soft carbonation, bit oily. A nice session IPA and a very surprising find on the airport... mostly it's just Efes. (bottle, BurgerLab, Ataturk Airport Istanbul)

Bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with very small frothy beige head, mocha aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter roasted malt taste, smooth body, long bitter mocha finish. Nice and smooth, though a bit weak.

Bottle @ Varina Cafe - Ankara. Pours faintly cloudy light amber with uncharacteristically small almost non existent beige frithy head, faint citrus aroma, low carbonation, lightly bitter hay taste with a bit of citrus, thin body, abrupt finish. Not fizzy or fresh enough.

33cl bottle at BurgerLab, Atatürk airport, Istanbul. Not as refreshing as the Summer IPA, and I still didn’t manage to get a glass, but. Mild malty with mild fruity and floral notes, hints of citrus and honey. A bit to boring at first, but guess it was too cold. Some vegetables notes appear too? Not too memorable, but still an ocean away from the infamous industrial lager that’s so popular here. Fair low flavour intensity and mild, but certainly noticeable bitterness. 33cl bottle at BurgerLab, Atatürk airport, Istanbul. Wow, Turkish session IPA, that’s a nice surprise. Expected to find only macros at the airport, but this is certainly better than Efes. Nothing spectacular, but seems like a nice and clean session IPA. Fruity aroma dominated by citrus, tropical fruits and hints of malt too. Tasty, balanced and refreshing.
