Bottle thanks to Raf. Pours light hazy pale yellow with a small offwhite head. Notes of sweet oak, lemony tartness, subtle acetone, some cherry-like notes to it, pitty, floral. Actually quite good and really got my hopes up for the rest of the sour series. Best Bøgedal beer produced - by far.

Flavor is sweet, light bitter, roast malt, caramel, light coffee, licorice, orangepeel, spice, light alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet light bitter finish with a bit of warming alcohol. 031119

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Huge head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, licorice, hops and has a nice roasty finish.
