Capped 500 from Corti Bros. Pours hazy orange tinged gold with a nice creamy white head that persisted. Aroma is hoppy - a lot of citrus and a touch of funk. Med plus body. Lightly sour; hoppy; nice level of bitterness. There's a deal of funk, and I think it's mostly Brett and certainly not pedio. A very nice flavor.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours clear dark mahogany with a large creamy tan head. Aroma of darkish toffee, chocolate and a bit of grapefruit. Med body. Foamy carbonation. Flavor is pretty much the aroma with a bit of spice. Very nice.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated March 11, 2025.
Aroma is hop forward and dank and oily. Lots of grapefruit and citrus pith, strawberry, pine resin, and onion. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes.
Pours a hazy, murky, golden-orange color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Fairly high lacing and small legs.
Flavor is a bit sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Medium high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong dank, oily, pine resin and onion with a bit of a hop bite that lingers in the finish. Light grapefruit and citrus pith. Hints of strawberry and tropical fruit.
Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a decent beer considering it's two hops I don't really like. Balanced bitterness and alcohol notes. Not too sweet for a hazy IPA.

Aroma is hop forward with lots of passion fruit, guava, tropical citrus, berries and grapefruit. Lighter dank, piney resin and oniony notes. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes.
Pours a hazy, murky, golden orange with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers.
Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Fairly high, assertive bitterness with light alcohol notes. Medium light fruity hop notes with passion fruit, guava, berry, grapefruit and tropical citrus. Moderate dank, oily pine resin and onion notes that linger into the finish with a bit of a bite.
Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid hazy IPA. I like the fruity hop aroma but the fruit doesn't come out as much in the flavor. The hop bitterness is nice but the bite is a bit too strong. Alcohol is well hidden and the beer is not very sweet for a hazy IPA.
