Sampled from tap at the brewpub. Clear, straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of lemon peel, some banana and clove. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and a little fruity taste of banana, lemon peel and clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately yeasty-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Just okay.

Sweetish-malty taste of caramel, nuts and some chocolate, followed by a short, slightly bitter finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not really a Hefeweizen to be honest.
