hazy orange to amber colour, huge, dense and long lasting yellowish ecru head; aroma of (dried) fruity, floral honey, toasted bready and some nutty notes; taste of roasted nuts, toasted rye bread crust, fruity (apple or rather pear) and sugar syrupy notes; not that bad

Spannend. Bewertungen für meinen Geschmack etwas tief. Klar, die Hanfnote ist nicht jedermans Sache, und die kommt sowohl im Geruch als auch im Geschmack durch. Ist aber nicht penetrant.

Eher dünn, aber trinkt sich gut. Auch dezent am Hopfen und am Alkohol. Nahe am Lager, aber etwas mehr Säure.

Gutes Honey Ale mit ordentlichen Prozenten. Sowohl der Honig als auch der Alkohol sind jedoch angenehm austariert und nicht zu dominant. Im Kopf dann aber spürbar.

Schmeckt definitiv winterlich bzw. nach Glühwein oder Punsch. Die Orange kommt deutlich raus, der Ingwer nur sehr dezent. Wenig Kohlensäure, geht sehr schnell runter. Runde Sache.

Schwärzer gehts nimmer. Eher näher am Stout als am IPA, aber dennoch deutliche Bitternoten neben den schönen Kaffeearomen
