From the coop city of Bern, opening and enjoying it yesterday with my wife. A classical and generous amber beer, rather dry and on the Belgian way, yeasty, high fermentation, hop, lovely touch of autumal spicies, 08.10.21, at Epalinges.

From the coop city of Bern, drinking it at home, Epalinges during the last week. A solid ipa that it is my point of viee with notes of dry malt, yeasty and smooth with generous notes of hop, a bit spicy and fruity, bitterness staying decently at the tongue, 11.10.21.

For me, this bottle was good and perfect just before to go to An Asian restaurant, at Chatillens. On the Belgian way, boozy, dry malt and sparkling, smooth and some fruity and cinamon noted at the final givin a touch of autumn, some hop, yeasty, 20 09.2021, buying it at the coop city Bern, drinking it at Epalinges.

Bottle split at the 2nd CBJ tasting, thanks to Tipple, 31/08/23. Black with a tan cap that retains well. Nose is dark malts, dried fruit rinds, charr, pine nip. Taste comprises toffee, earthy light roast, pine tingle, straw, light charr. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness. Okay CDA.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Tips. Pours black-brown with a foamy off-white head. Light sweet flavour, some dusty roast, earth, a little cocoa. Balanced finish. Tasty.

Craft Beer Junction bottleshare. Thanks to Tips, I think! Almost clear dark amber beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Smooth palate, airy, mildly dry, modest fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, thin dark malts, mildly tangy dark brown malts and choc. A little pine and a papery malt finish. Meh!
