Tap at Epcot. Clear amber. Good legs. Honey, oak, mild citrus bitter in the finish. Good

Bottle pour into taster glass. Appearance is clear amber without head. Aroma is strong honey along with astringent alcohol. Taste is strong honey with only mild hint of alcohol. Palate is light bodied with thin texture, flat carbonation, alcohol warmth and finish as taste. Overall, pretty straightforward honey and alcohol. Alcohol aroma is a bit offputting but contribution to taste is mild and warmth in palate is welcome.

Setting this down on it's side in my fridge made it explode, I'm guessing it was made of sugar glass, what's left tastes like it would have been nice, white wine notes with honey mead notes, not too shabby

Bottle shared at THT March. Completely clear golden with no head. Alcohol, rum, some vanilla, lots of honey, light flowers, red apple. Nice fruits and honey with also a little rough alcoholic finish. Quite sweet and some alcoholic bitterness. Medium bodied with slick oily feel and no carbonation.

7 3 7 2 12 Bottle shared at THT March ‘18 (The Elephant Seal Edition). Clear golden with no head. Aroma of floral honey, alcohol and damp. Flavour is heavy sweet. Medium bodied with an alcohol burn in the finish and very soft carbonation.
