Donkergeel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is bitterzoet en kruidig met iets van gras en hop. Aparte smaak, best goed.

Bottle, 9.0%. Sweetish caramel aroma with notes of spicy hops, almost smells like a noble hop. Hazy amber colour. Big stable plasticky white head. The flavour is yeasty, sweetish, fruity with a faint note of the aforementioned hop. Spicy and sweetish hop note. Citric finish. Quite high carbonation. Late yeasty aftertaste.

0.33 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', bottled in May 2024. A little hazy, golden amber with a thin, fluffy, quickly collapsing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral aroma of lime, honey and light grains. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral taste of grains, lime, some honey and traces of ginger, followed by a short, slightly bitter, minimally tartish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice one.
Lovely classic. Has the bubblegum notes but balanced wonderfully with phenolics and some just slight bitterness. Gollem amstel
