Bottle to pint glass. Pours and orange-copper that is clear and has a sustained white head. Taste and aroma are both geared towards citrus hops with substantial malt backbone that aids and does not overpower. Another solid effort from these guys.

From bomber to pint glass. Complex nose of tropical fruit and cracker malt blended nicely. Clear golden with sustained white head. Taste was bright tropical fruits in overt amounts. Tasty.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours lite gold with a white head. Aroma: not much for me. Near med body. Flavor is sort of wheaty with a little spice. It is just not working for me. Given the body, there’s got to be more here, but I’m not finding it.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours a very clear pale yellow with a white head. The aroma is melon, wheat, light passionfruit. The flavor is the same. Strong hop character. Tropical fruit, melon and pineapple dominate. It has a dry, effervescent finish with strong herbal bitterness. A good hoppy wheat. A bit too bitter though.

Bomber dated 11/02/15 from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours Pours translucent gold with a large creamy white head. Aroma has lots of melon and mixed fruit. Med + body. Bitter forward! Lots and lots of hop. It suggests dank. There’s some pineapple, some floral, some grape, some light stone fruit. Lots of hop. It’s bitter, rather bitingly so, but it’s not harsh and burning. Well, there’s a little tongue burn! But it’s not quite NW harsh. It is nicely, nicely bitter.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark brown/black - no head. Aroma is raspberry! Full bodied or nearly. Flavor is raspberry, chocolate notes, arguably a bit lactic. The bitter is from raspberries, but it’s not approaching dry. Quite tasty.
