473ml can. Pours a hazy orange gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick curtains of lace. Mild fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, lime, yeast and light guava. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, guava, lime, yeast and salt in a dry, slightly tart, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a thick, soft, almost creamy texture and soft carbonation. Not really a Wit, more of a flavoured Gose.

Blond colour, hazy to cloudy. The aroma is mild, it's fruity and maybe piney. It's too dry, which means the body is fairly week; not chalky, but maybe it's buttery; the malt base is clean, maybe anonymous, it has enough bitterness, but little hop quality. Mediocre.

Sweet flavour of caramel malt, grapefruit rind, tangerine and pine resin in a dry, bitter hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. A solid oldskool Westy.

Sweet flavour of pale malt, cherry, hibiscus, spicy Belgian yeast, green tea and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Aroma is quite floral and aromatic, but flavour comes off as a bit medicinal. A valiant effort.

Blond colour, quite clean, medium sized head. There are many Hefeweizen in North America that are very bland and soulless, this is not one of them; actually it has some of the strongest spice profiles that I can remember, I wouldn’t be surprised if they used cloves, and not just the yeast; mild fruit too; and bold itterness for the style.
