A sample bottle from the brewery owner himself, thanks Marko. L956 20200615. Shared with little Dina. Hazy amber, small frothy off-white head. Aroma is fruity, dark cherry and other stone fruit, some strawberry and other berries. Earthy undertones. Light bready aroma with a yeasty touch. Flavour is hoppy, fruity, leaves, toast, even cocoa. Bitterness somewhat unrefined. Moderate carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle, 0.5l. Deep amber pour, three finger frothy beige head. Long lasting, very good retention, thick lacing on the glass as it goes down. Herbal and flowery nose, clean and fresh, quite nice. Medium body, high carbonation, quite fizzy. Average mouthfeel and texture. Bitter taste with nicely balanced malt sweetness and subtle sour notes here and there. Aroma of caramel malt, rye, herbs and spices. Grassy, floral, some fruity touches. Orange peel, grapefruit. Nice fruity citrus sour notes in the background, nicely balanced. Long lasting finish, dry, lingering herbal spiciness, medium bitter. Pretty good.

5.5% alk. Poslije Grofice naravno da dolazi Grof. Pivo je jantarne boje, isto dobro kao i Grofica. Ovo je malo više karamelističnije. Vrijedi probati.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy copper pour, one finger creamy slightly off-white head. Very good retention, long lasting, leaving thick lacing on the glass as it goes down. Pleasant on the nose, herbal and decently hopped. Subtle citrus notes. Thin body, medium to high carbonation, slightly aggressive. Quite fizzy. A bit watery. Mild bitter taste with some fruity tart. Aroma of caramel malt, grains, herbs and spices. Fruity notes of citrus, mostly lemon and lime. Dry finish. Overall, decent APA let down by lack of body and watered down aroma. Packs enough flavor for the 4% ABV I guess. Ok session beer.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy amber/brown pour, huge frothy off-white head. Long lasting, good retention. Lots of lacing on the glass. Sweet nose, nutty with notes of caramel in the background. Not bad. Thin body, medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, quite drinkable. Nicely balanced bittersweet taste. Aroma is quite nice, malty caramel background, hints of cocoa in the background. Nutty notes, somewhat flowery. Fruity aftertaste with hints of forest fruits and mild citrus. Dry finish with lingering subtle bitterness. Pretty good. Color me surprised.
