Draught @ Jihomestsky Pivovar, Prague. Pours dark brown with small creamy white head and lacings. Roast, vague fruit, liquorice and caramel. Smooth and full bodied. Very nice. Re-rate Jan 16. Creamy, chewy, vague roast and coffee. 3,7 - 4,1

Draught @ Jihomestsky Pivovar, Prague. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy egg white head. Bready and grassy. Fresh and crisp hoppy flavor. Smooth. Dry lasting hoppy end. Nice. Rerate - Jan 16. Citrussy.. Power Svetly. 3,7-4,1

Tapped: Pale-malty nose with fruity-yeasty and "woody" hoppy influences; pale golden, hazy, small foamy layer; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, relatively light bodied; dry bitter-sweet finish. O.K., but not really overwhelming.....

Tapped: Deep, dark amber coloured with a medium-sized beige head, leaving a good lace; moderate to solid sweet caramelly and roasty nose, supported by dark malt, dried fruits and a dash of hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft and medium bodied; traces of liquorice in the sweetish caramelly finish, followed by dry molasses, dried fruits and some hops in the very end. Very good......

Tap: Light amber to amber coloured, small stable off-white head with a little lace; moderate to robust caramelly toasty nose with a shy ale-like fruitiness and distinctive hops backstage; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft and light bodied; slightly lingering sweetish-fruity and caramelly finish with a bitter aftertaste. Very good.....
