Since a long time that I didn't try this beer, a good friend for all the kind of seasons, a typical Belgian ale, on the way of the leffe blonde, not that sweet and malty, sugar, hop, decent sensation at the mouth, february 2022, drinking it on the TGV Geneva to Paris.

Bottle, as Blonde Pale Ale @5% ABV. Light amber, small white head. Aroma is bready, earthy and spicy. Dryish and a little fruity before earthy and spicy notes and a moderately bitter finish. OK.

Bottle, bb 6/26. Hazy orange, huge white head. A torrent of bubbles. Aroma of crackers, orange, spices. Very high carbonation. Crackery and dry with a spicy finish. Slightly wonder whether fermentation has continued a bit further in the bottle, but it's refreshing.

Bottle from the lcbo. Cloudy beige pour, with a medium off white head. Aroma is very grassy with the slightest bit of citrus, but mainly grassy with lots of cereals. Mouth feel is crisp, and clean. A refreshing quaff, grassy, hints of fruit.
