This pale ale is quite grassy with lemon overtones and a dry lemony finish. Much like an American Wheat Ale.

Bottle: Poured a dark red beer with a great head with standard retention. Carbonation is excellent. I appreciate the aroma of malts and quite strong spices. Taste is very refreshing with a bitter aftertaste that includes one spice that tasted like pepper? Overall, this is one is just above your standard red ale.

Bottle – Poured an amber brew with a huge head with medium retention. I like the aroma of spice that reminded me more of a Belgian Ale then an Amber beer. Carbonation is average at best and body is medium. Taste is very good with some great mix of malt and hops. Overall, this is better then expected and I will now chase other product from this brewery.

(draft) red copper beer with some frothy white head. Some spice and caramel in aroma, and caramel, walnuts or almonds in mouth. Light warmth from alcool. Best that night at the SA (02/01/04) 5-3-5-3-12
A n hazed copper ale with almost no head or life. Aroma of sweet maderized malt, honey and boiled veggies. In mouth, a bit more interesting, with nutty malt and woody notes, lightly yeasty. Bottle from Joanette, 2.99$. Rip-off. 4-2-6-2-12

(Draft)Red amber colour, with light hoppy nose. Little malt in mouth with no hops, and, as with the other beers tasted at SA, little body...in bottle , it's much better.

(draft) Served with a lime. Yellow fizzy beer, with light malt in taste, slight hops but little body or else...just refreshing and plain.

(draft) Hazy blond with a slight citrus nose (due to the freakin' slug). No yeast in mouth, almost mineral water tasting, no body...bland

Nice fruity and yeasry nose, compact head collapses quickly, nice mixture of malt and spices, with a slight acidic afternote. Hazy brown hue. Nice beer, but mislabelled an amber ale...a light belgian brown maybe?

Light amber in colour with a very thin white head. Sweet aroma with a bit of malt and a tad of hops. Medium-bodied; Some malty flavours coming out, not too much else. Aftertaste is fairly subtle and not that great. Overall, a decent beer. I sampled this beer at Joey_Capps' on 13-September-2003 in Hamilton, Ontario.
