12 oz. can. Pours an opaque, light, yellow color, with a small, fizzy, white head. The nose is lemon juice, grains of paradise, peppercorns, and wheat. Sweet and heavily acidic. Interesting, but kinda one-dimensional.

Deep red, tons of soda carbonation. Smells sour, sweet, smells cherries and currants. Light body, heavy carbonation. Sour, but not puckering. Cherries, bit of currant, very woody, light whiskey. Very flavourful, way lighter than I was expecting. Balanced.

Taster at Liquor Express. Pours black, without much head. The nose is milk chocolate, maple syrup, pecans, cherry brandy, and bark. Very sweet and boozy. This is a big and decadent beer.

375ml bottle. Opaque, dark brown colour with small to average, frothy, fading, tan head. Vinous fruity, slightly woody, yeasty spicy and dark malty aroma, notes of dark fruit, dark berries, raisin, blue grapes, some marmite, molasses, oaky overtones. Taste is dry woody, fruity, alcoholic, caramel malty and spicy, notes of bourbon, vanilla, oak, some marmite, dark caramel, hints of blue grapes, raisin; lingering, minimally pungent, warming alcoholic finish. Slightly viscous texture, slightly cloying palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Harmonious composition, quite heavy and alcoholic - good.

Tap at BD Aberdeen, 2yrs old. It pours lightly hazy gold with a decent white head. The aroma is musty, funk, barnyard, sherbet, grapefruit, lemon - lime, refreshers, vinous and sour candy. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, zingy, sour candy, sherbet, refreshers, grapefruit, minerality, granny smith apple, vinous, apricot, peach, melon and soapy fink. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice funky vibes. Quaffable.
