Bottle brought the Chapel Hill Summer tasting.
Transparent, dusty gold, suddy soda pour.
Sharp, spiced, ice wine, major acetone nose.
Bittersweet n sour, lemon iced tea, way too much cider vinegar, residual floral honey.
Tart, super vinegary, belly burn.
Overrated brewery.

This was better but I still don't like this brewery. Generously shared by Sam in Chapel Hill, he probably traded Pip's for it.
Brown on black, dull, some russet edges.
Heavy, sticky, obtrusive barrel nose.
Thick, goopy, burnt raisin, heavy maple, heavy cream, sharp port flavors, very sweet. Dense. Can't keep going.
Should be in a nip bottle.

Can shared by Turd: Poured a blaskish brown with a faint orange edges, head was bubbles. Aroma is super stick, dark fruits, rich malts, boozy. Taste is boosty, sweet, sticky, malty, toffee, burns a bit. This is solid!

Bottle@jens - Golden pour with white head. Sweet malty and fruity with notes of grapefruit and peach, some tangerine, sweet caramel malty backbone, hoppy bitter into the close.
Syrupy, slightly roasty and earthy with some maltiness, stingy woody oakiness, armagnac, hints of leather, whisky and caramely toffee. A bit heavy.

Can. Gold in color with a large head. Take a pilsner and cross it with a belgian ale and you have this excellent, tasty beer.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam, during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Aroma is bready malt, citrus, lemon, lactic notes, with more than a little yoghurt, and some funk. Flavour is nicely sour. Body is about medium. Very nice!
