Not bad, crisp and citric but not overwhelming in its sourness, with a grainy undertone backed up by modest hints of funk. Very drinkable.

Gnarly lambic notes, nose and front are strong at first with the cocoa fruit finish coming strong as well but with some air and temp it ended up a perfect sipper. Thanks Art D.

CO 08/06/2019;Definitely mild notes of tart, unripe plums (suggesting at yellow plums), light fruity esters as stone fruits (apricots), light white wine & freshly squeezed lemon juice tartness, low sour cabbage note, subtle oxidation (paper stock)

4 pack while playing zoom trivia with friends. Murky orange. One finger head. Nose is citrus and melon. Tastes of cantaloupe, honey dew, green onion, some pine, lemon. Crisp but low bitterness. Tasty

12 oz. can from Rally, Tampa, FL. Pours a hazy gold color with a large white head and excellent retention. Spotty lacing. Slightly sour malt aroma. Thankfully no sour flavors. Bright malt flavor that could easily be mistaken for a lager. Light citrusy hops notes. Crisp, but not sharp. Clean and smooth. Overall a good refreshing beer.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Yeasty funky and slightly yeasty fruity aroma, tangy hints of brine and mustard seed, some apricot and quince, a touch of dill and sage. Taste is dry, tart, herbal, fruity, slightly funky, rather diluted notes of apricot, peach, quince and brine, some soured milk, some lemon juice. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, very fine carbonation. Quite complex but considerably watery somehow as well. Very promising yeast strain in any case...

Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Beginn mit mildem Gemüsetouch, was wohl durch die Pflaume kommt, die ich nicht explizit schmecke. Hell holzig, wenig fruchtig, mittellanger Abgang. Gefällt, hohe Süffigkeit. 10/9/9/9/11/9

Clear golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a sharpness just like a sour cider. Gassy. Slight funk too.

Tap at Half Barrel. Fine dark pour. Nose is light chelate and ninnamon. Tastes of cinnamon and nutmeg, chocolate and the the chilli. At first your like where is ghost chili? Then it lingers on back of throat as you drink more and more. But not over the top. Not bad actually I enjoyed more and more as I drink.
