Bottle from Beautiful Beers on 12th March 2021. Pours a hazy copper with shallow disappearing pale tan foam. Caramel malt aroma. Sweet malts and toffees in-mouth with a suggestion of fresh apple. Leafy hops and caramel malts steer a bittersweet finish. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Bottle from Beautiful Beers. Appearance - slightly gushy but catch-able. Copper with a slightly off white billowy head. Nose - lemon sherbot note is slightly alarming. Fingers crossed. Biscuit backdrop. Taste - bready, lime, light metallic. Think it's ok, not infected. Palate - light to medium bodied. Dry, zingy finish. Overall - decent.
