A reddish copper ale with a thin moka head. In aroma, a nutty malt with light green pepper notes, meat extract, bizarre. In mouth, a watery nutty malt, no hops, bland. On tap at ROC Empire Brewfest, Feb. 19 2011.

A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a sweet floral hops over orange pulp, nice. In mouth, a light malt with lactic points, floral hops, a tad infected. On tap at ROC Empire Brewfest, Feb. 19 2011.
