Bottle at LKS. It pours clear reddish brown with a medium beige head. The aroma is earthy, woody, toasted nut, earthy, must, brown bread, leather, bit oxidised and caramel. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, toasted nut, earth, leather, caramel, spice, dried fruits, damp leaves and chewy stuff. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty basic stuff.

Bottle shared on Level 42 26/07/2017. Many thanks to Scopey for this one. A murky dull orange coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is wheaty grains, sweaty, dirty, . Flavour is composed of chalky doughy grains, little jammy fruits, chalky.. Palate is thin chalky, highish carbonation. Bad.

Bottle split at L42 thanks to Scoopey, 26/07/17. Hazed golden blonde with a moderate white cap that dissipates to spotting. Nose is yeast esters, straw, grains, faint caramel, papery notes. Taste comprises washed out citric shreds, light sweetness, straw, toasted grains, faint spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Pretty cack,

Bottle at L42. It pours clear gold with a massive white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, ripe banana, candy, juicy, sweet action and ice cream. The taste is sweet, sticky, ripe banana, sugary, candy, cracker, tannin and cheap white bread with a drying finish. Light body and moderate - foamy carbonation. Simple, but not as bad as others suggest.

Bottle shared in London - courtesy of Scopey. Pours clear yellow-gold-gold with a foamy, white head. The nose has some doughy bread, ripening lemon. Light sweet flavour with more doughy wheat bread, a little astringency, citrus peel, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with nips of meringue, more hay, white sugar, gummy white grapes. Not great, but not horrible.

Bottle shared on Level 42 19/07/2017. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is sweet raw cereal grains, honey, nutty malts, low earthy malts. Flavour is composed of of medium sweet, honey, toffee, grassy hop. Rough round the edges. Palate is grains, frothy carbonation. Sweet. Little oxidised

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Paul. Pours unclear gold with a small, creamy white head, lots of cereal in the nose, grains, caramel. Medium sweet flavour with more caramel, some leafy bitterness, nips of cardboard, toasted grains. Light bodied with active carbonation. More grains in the finish, brown sugar, caramel. Meh.

Bottle split at L42, thanks to Bropey, 19/07/17. Very light haze on a golden orange pour with a decent white head. Nose is pale malts, grass, straw, grains. Taste comprises biscuit, caramel, grains, spice, straw, pale malts, light bread, vanilla. Medium bodied, fine to prickly carbonation, semi drying close. Average but fine for the style.
