Description
We are 100% independent craft brewers from Brighton, cuckoo brewing at both Chiddinglye Farm near West Hoathly, and now also in Kemptown in Brighton. Our craft beer is unpasteurized, unfiltered, and vegan.

At Lost Pier Brewing, we want to make the best beer we possibly can, for people who enjoy good times, appreciate creativity, and who love to experience new and exciting flavours.

Can from Bison Beer Shop, Brighton. Hazy amber pour with a white head. Nose of mango, tropical fruit, peach yoghurt. Flavours of peach,mango,splash of lime. Tasty.

Can And yes this is APA actually. With bit subtle hops, but feels nice and smooth and has really high drinkability. One I had disappeared in no time.

Can Okay, bit dry, not really dense in taste. Easy ale which fits the purpose.

28/7/2018. Can at Højbjerg tasting. Pours hazy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, grass, light tropical fruit, malt and yeast. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Can. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Citrus notes. Light bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours hazy straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of ctrus and hops, with hints of fruit and yeast. Bitter flavour of hops and grass, with mild sweetish touches of yeast and hints of hops. High carbonation. Decent.

Can @Højbjerg Tasting. 4%. Cloudy pale yellow, white head. Lemon, lime aroma. Lemon and grapefruit flavour, pale malt. Fluffy mouthfeel, rather light.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, flowers, tropical fruits and malt. Nice fruity finish.A bit too carbonated.

Can @ Saxo tasting. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - fruity and citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 280718

Can from Freshfields. The aroma is fresh, pine needles, grapefruit, orange marmalade, tropical vibe, light spice and biscuit. The taste is dry, clean, good deal of bitterness, piney action, pithy, zesty grapefruit, touch of resin and peppery spice with a drying finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Not a huge amount of depth, but it is rather drinkable.
