Tap at beerstream2. Pours amber with whiteish head. Aroma is herbs, sweetness, some butter, malt, grains. Flavor is sweet and bitter, caramel, grains, malt, slight metallic notes, some beans maybe. Finish is watery with touch of bitterness. Overall: drinkable.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours dark brown with a low head. Aroma is smoked, with some roast notes, but really a lot of smoke. Body is lightly sour, quite refreshing, some sweetness in the back of the tongue. Reminds me of a yoghurt. Quite nice, but highly unusual

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours dark brown with a soft foam. Aroma is bready malts with some roast and some hops, but they don’t blend, some mint too. Body is super roasty bitter sour, like a cold coffee. Singular flavours. Watery on the palate, with the stingy sourness continuing. Not good. Possibly infected.
