Keg at Cock Tavern Hackney. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Decent tropical fruit. Mango passion fruit flavour. Some light agility to it. Fresh and fun for me. Yep decent tropical fruit ipa. A little fruit sweetness and acidity. OK.

Keg at the Cock, 12/04/18. Black with a decent tan head. Nose is roast malts, charr, chocolate biscuit, dried fruits. Taste comprises light ashen notes, cocoa powder, toffee, raisins, light black peppery spice, charr. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. A little thin in places but a tasty enough porter for 4%.

Keg at the cock tavern. A clear mahogany brown coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is nutty toasted nuts, hazel nut, light charcoal,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty malts, rustic toasted malts, little burnt toast, hazelnut. Palate is light, highish carbonation, chalky.. Little rustic. Light chalky. Good.

Keg at The Cock Tavern. It pours jet black with a small tan head. The aroma is earthy roast, umami, liquorice, dark chocolate, cocoa and cakey malts. The taste is dry, bitter, rich roast, hard roast, toasted, cocoa, leather, umami, liquorice, coffee groundsand peppery spice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty robust and rustic stuff.

Keg at Ye Olde Tavern o' Cocke - Hackney. Pours deep brown with a dense, creamy tan head. The nose holds smooth milk chocolate, moderate roast, nips of ash. Light-medium sweet flavourbwith fairly assertive ashy bitterness, some baking cocoa, more milk chocolate, earth. Medium with massaging carbonation and velvety carbonation. Finishes with more ashy roast, bitter cocoa. Straightforward gear. Solid.

Keg at CBR 2018. Pours murky gold with a bubbly, white head. A little dank in the snout, some ripe lemon, mango, grapefruit. Light sweet flavour, pithy, with a little mineral dryness, pale bread, touches of yeast, more lemon and grapefruit. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Meaty hops in the finish, more pale bread, modest rindy bitterness, lemon peel, pithy grapefruit. Not bad.
