750ml bottle of Little Pomona. Orangey gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of oak, wood barrel, vanilla, mellow apple. Taste is juicy apple, orangey, fruity, peach, plum, citric, with wood barrel, vanilla, some oak and bittersweet spicy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, juicy fruity & tannic finish. Very drinkable.

750ml bottle from Little Pomona. Slightly hazy pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of wood barrel, cognac, vanilla, fruity apple. Taste is fruity, fleshy apple, with vanilla, coconut, woody, cognac notes, hints of plum, citric tart and some mellow tannin. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering wood & vanilla notes at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Little Pomona. Hazy yellowy golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and fruity aroma of apple, perry pear, quince. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, pear, quince, zesty citric, with some woody barrel notes, light funk and bitter tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying sourish finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is slightly tangy, apple, orangey, herbal, fleshy, fruity, juicy, plum, peach, mango, woody hint with some citric peel notes and mellow tannin. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely balanced, very drinkable.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a maroon, vinous grape color with a white head. Aroma is musty, funky, damson, pear, floral. Taste is citrusy, fruity, damson, pear, mix of sweet and sour in each sip.

Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, wood barrel, oaky, vanilla, some leathery funk, bittersharp, citric rind, acidic, along with drying tannin. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic & tannic finish. All nicely balanced and very drinkable.
