Bottle at home picked up from RAD cider. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a small white film, Aroma is light wood bark, mellow funk, farmyard notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bark, woody, mellow manure funk, dry tannin, Palate is semi sweet, dry tannin finish, mellow carbonation.

750ml bottle from Little Pomona. Hazy yellow gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of tropical fruity, grape, apple. Taste is sweetish, tart, tangy, apple, grape, with oily leathery funk, some tropical fruit notes, and some citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry funky finish. Very drinkable.

22/7/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy pale yellow green gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sharp green apple, citrus, quince, touch of herb. Light sweetness and moderate tart with a slight salty edge. Moderate body, gently fizzy carbonation. Refreshing drop.

Aroma of sweet pear, toffee, citrus, tropical fruit, flowers, brown sugar, apple. Light tannic notes. Medium sweetness and light bitter/tart. Medium body,, spritzy carbonation. Sweet caramel pear finish. Enjoyed this.

Keg at Kilder, Bingohame Bimble, 11/06/21. Clear golden to light amber With a moderately presented white head. Nose is grassy, light funk, dusty orchard, apple peel. Taste comprises apple pulp, tannins, sweet edge, light funk, straw. Medium bodied, fine to light prickly carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Taste is fruity, plum, strawberry hint, apple, pear, fleshy, with some funk and tartness. Light bodied, high carbonation, dry fruity finish. Quite drinkable.
