Taste is tart & tangy, grapey, pear, with sharp citrus, tropical fruity, and some light funky acidity. Slick mouthfeel, light bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is tangy tart, wood barrel, apple, with floral tropical notes, vanilla, spice, and mellow fruity quince. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering drying quince at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, fruity, pineapple, oak, vanilla, apple, with some drying woody tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry woody oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, woody, oak, whisky barrel, smokey hints, apple, pastry, vanilla, citric, funk, earthy, with some balanced acidity and tannin. Smooth oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying woody oaky acidic & tannic finish. Very sippable, nicely balanced.
