On tap at Bitter Tasting Room, pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Nose brings out light graham crackers and a touch of cinnamon. Flavour is weird, with artificial graham crackers and cinnamon. Quite nastily syrupy. Not a nice beer to me.

On tap at Bitter Tasting Room, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out dry cocoa nibs and oats. Flavour is well-constructed, with oats and cocoa nibs upfront. Lactose isn't very prevalent nor is there much sweetness. Good beer.

On tap at Bitter Tasting Room, pours a clear bronze with a small white head. Nose brings out light tropical fruits, citrus notes, and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines - bright citrus and tropical fruity hops. Not overly robust but well-balanced. Decent unexciting pale.

Black color; brown creamy head. Roasted malt aroma, roasted malt flavor, a bit spicy and creamy, with some dark chocolate, a bit salty in the final; good body strength, quite smooth too. Similar to a (spicy) Oatmeal Stout and not much lactose; but it’s a good Stout, with a couple of interesting points.

Red amber color, clean, with compact head. Aroma of caramel and a bit of yeast. Caramel flavor, earthy, spicy, with light residual sweetness, and very strong bitterness, very resiny hops; it has too much yeast flavor.
Not bad, but rough; the earthy/spicy rye component, with the bitterness and the yeast is a bit too much.

Copper color, clean, with beige creamy head. Strange aroma, but interesting, difficult to grasp; there are hints of green apple, glue, grapes, passion fruit, fresh sap; none of them is really clear. Good body strength, the mouthfeel is not completely dry; compared to the Azacca Pale Ale, and expected given the color, this one has a bit more of caramel backbone; strong bitterness; it has a good amount of hop quality, more with strong resins, spices, and just a bit of fruits.
Bold beer, rustic, but enjoyable.
