473ml can from the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow with a big off white head. Aroma is very vinous, lots of earthy barrel and wood with some solid tropical fruity hops. A lovely tartness has been emparted by the barrel, almost like brett was added. The finish is bitter and sour with alot of vinous white grape woodiness.

Loads of tropical fruit, yeast, and some solid citrusy hops, a gorgeous aroma. Softer the expected mouth feel and a slightly soft carb. The finish is medium bitter, quite yeasty as it warms with a solid chewy malt bill. Great stuff..... Dangerously drinkable for 9%.

Cask Days 2013.
Big sweet malty nose, with lots of spice, and some light smoke. There is alot going here. Pumpkin doesnt really come to mind. Just tatstes like someone tossed some cinnamon on the campfire and i took a big bite of caramel malts.

Tap at Volo.
Hazy golden pour, small white head. Aroma of malted wheat, light strawberries, and some citrus.
Low carb, watery mouthfeel.
The rhubarb makes and appearance in the finish in the form of a light tart sweetness you get when you dip raw rhubarb in sugar. The strawberries are there throughout but are quite light, but pleasant.

On tap at c’est what.
Hazy golden pour, big frothy white head. Big citrus hoppy aroma with very very little wheat character. Lively carb, solid mouthfeel. Very bitter finish, solid pine, and citrus. This is an ipa mesquerading as a wheat ale. Reminds me alot of great lakes miami weisse.

on tap at C’est what?
Hazy amber pour, big rocky off white head.
Aroma of citrus hops, and some subtle resinous pine. The flavor on the other hand seemed a little off, the hops still came through, but i was getting a distinct butter, diacetyl flavor, that i just couldn’t shake.
the finish was quite bitter, and pleasant. a nice ipa, but the butter bugged me.

Re rate: the kinks have been worked out and this is now a world class ipa. And arguably the bestbwidely available ipa in Ontario. Huge pine and grapefruit aromas, verynunbalanced, but nectar of the gods for a hop head.
