opalescent golden colour, medium sized dense yellowish-ecruish head; aroma of orange peel and juice, piney, slight butter and boiled vegetables; taste is dominated by devastating hoppy bitterness, some grapefruit, orange and minimal butterscotch; great hop-bomb, though I am not fully convinced by its aromas https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-g_MdPvTR80

Can at home, golden beer, huge fizzy head. Aroma is citrus, hops, sweet, fruit, lemon, lime. Taste is the same, bitter, sweet, fruity, citrus, lemon, longer lemon like aftertaste. nice one.

473ml can: BB 16th December 2021. Drank at home on 3rd April 2022, so 3 and a half months out of date. Deep, dark black body, tanned collar and wisp. Huge coffee aroma and taste, some sweetness in there too. Don't think the age of the can make any real difference to the brew, it's a sturdy and robust beer and I really enjoyed it.

Can from Smiling Grape, St Neots, Cambs. A black coloured pour with a very thin beige head which vanishes quickly. Roasty, malty, chocolate, caramel, dark fruit taste/aroma. Quite sweet but it's fine.

Can at home. Really liked this strong punchy stout. Jet black with a deep brown head. Aroma and taste are roasted malty coffee. Slight sweet to bitter. Full smooth body.
