Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, sweet malt, sweet wine, grapes, dough, baking yeast, wood - oak. Tap at Valhalla Beer Club. Murky yellow body, white head. Sour, citric aroma, lightly dusty, a bit wild. Smooth, sweetish-sourish citric, acetic, lightly lactic taste, wild notes. Actually less sour than expected, more wild, and undeniably tasty.
