(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 31 July 2023) Pale golden colour, slightly hazy, with brief white head. Fruity, sourish nose with passion-fruit, peaches, apple cider vinegar, oak wood and herbs (a touch of caraway). Fruity, tart taste with notes of apricots, passion-fruit, apple cider vinegar, oak wood, herbs and a hint of butterscotch. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Complex, tart and really tasty. Very nice.
