375 ml capped and corked bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.0%. Red colour, large to moderate off-white / pinkish head. Aroma of blackcurrants, brettanomyces / farmhouse and lactic acid. Moderately sour flavour, notes of blackcurrants and brettanomyces. Not too sweet.

Bottle @Beershoppe (Rome). Dorata, appena velata, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Al naso note citriche, lieviti, leggero vinoso, mela annurca. In bocca è acida media, leggermente vinosa, con note citriche. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto buona.

Bottle @Beershoppe (Rome). Ambrata/miele, limpidissima, brillante, schiuma bianca leggera, non molto persistente. Al naso splendide note di botte, legno, vaniglia, leggero vinoso, leggero acetico. In bocca è acida abbastanza decisa, calda, con note evidenti di botte, vaniglia, e un leggero acetico. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Veramente niente male!

Flaska från SB. Ljusguldig med fizzig vit krona som försvinner snabbt. Djupare och något vass syra, väldigt mycket fat, citrus, grapefrukt. Blommigt, klorofyll, lite beska/bitterhet som från en maskrosstam. Lite tuffare.
