Bottled. Hazy pink colour with a minor head. Aroma is water melons, some citrus, mild beetroot and wheat. Flavour is passionfruit tartness, some white goose berries, mild earth and some salty notes. Strange, but in a way very tempting.

Bottled@Tapas, Umeå. Slightly hazy red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is tartness, some wood, red berries, mild vanilla and elderflowers. Flavour is pretty much the same elements in a some what dry palate way. Still very pleasant to drink.

Bottled@Panema, Helsinki. Hazy red colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is black currant, some lactic notes, mild brett as well as some slight salty notes. Flavour is sour black currant, dry wood, brett, some lactic notes along with some other berries. Dry and quite tartly smooth. Highly enjoyable brew.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some spruce, mild tart wooden tones as well. Flavour is floral, some wooden and mild tartness with mild acidity to it as well. Funky, in a nice way!
