On tap at BrewDog Stockholm, November 2013. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, bread, "gunpowder" and yeast. Similar taste, also some light notes of apples and bread crumbs. The finish was sour and dry. Drinkable but with strange notes of gunpowder. Not the best one from Brekeriet.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 5 Oct 2013) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of wheat, citrus, buckthorn and hints of old sweaty socks. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, lemon, wheaty malt, buckthorn and a certain tartness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. A bit different, tasty with a fresh acidity. Quite nice.

Malty, fruity taste with notes of white bread, peaches, citrus, wheat flavours and a gentle grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Well balanced and tasty, with a gentle oak wood character. Nice one. (7/3/7/3/14=3.6) Rerate: (Bottle, 19 June 2021, 3.6%) Golden colour with foamy white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of citrus, lemon peel, hay, barnyard, peaches and oak wood. Fruity, slightly tart taste with citrus, grapefruit, barnyard, hay, oak wood, peaches, unripe fruit, yeast, white bread and a dry and tart finish with a mild grassy bitterness. Light body, dry. Tasty and well made 3.6% saison, with lots of character, leaning slightly in the lambic direction. Great beer doesn't have to be strong in alcohol. Very nice.

Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2013. Pours very hazy golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is funky and phenolic with crackers, biscuits, unripe banana, hay, dry soil, barnyard, lemon zest, bandaids, white pepper corns and coriander. Taste is bitter, funky and phenolic with crackers, dry soil, hay, barnyard, pepper corns, bandaids, oatmeal cookies, lemon zest, orange zest and hints of grapefruit juice. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry and light bodied. finish is bitter and funky with crackers, hay, pine needles, lemon zest, orange zest, barnyard, dry soil and pepper corns. Solid but too phenolic to be exceptional.

Draught @ All In Beer Fest. Pours hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some soapy lacing on the glass. Smell is funky and slightly fruity with crackers, dry soil, hay, white pepper corns, apple skins, lemon zest, apple cider vinegar and barnyard. Taste is tiny sour, funky and slightly fruity with crackers, apple cider vinegar, dry soil, hay, barnyard, pepper corns, allspice, apple skins, orange zest, lemon zest and bandaids. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tiny tart and light bodied. finish is tiny sour, slightly funky and tiny fruity with crackers, banryard, lemon zest, hay, dry soil, moist wood and apple skins.It actually has an apple feel to it which I didn’t expect with no apples in the beer. Interesting but there are many better funky saisons out there.

Taste is sour and funky with crackers, lemon juice, dry soil, unflavoured yoghurt, hay, apple cider vinegar, moist wood, barnyard, leather, bandaids, white pepper corns, coriander, allspice, lemon zest and hints of Thai basil and lemon grass. Mouthfeel is dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour and funky with crackers, lemon juice, unflavoured yoghurt, lemon zest, barnyard, dry soil, hay, moist wood and white pepper corns. Nice simple sour...

Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2013. Pours cloudy orangish golden with a frothy and creamy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, white bread, mango, pineapple, peaches, dry soil, brett, freshly cut grass, pine, grapefruit juice, lemon zest, passionfruit, barnyard and hints of bandaids. Taste is bitter, fruity, funky and tiny metallic with white bread, freshly cut grass, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, pine needles, dry soil, barnyard, leather, bandaids, white pepper corns, orange zest and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is round, dry and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, grapefruit rinds, barnyard, dry soil, hay, pine needles, bandaids, lemon zest and unripe tropical fruits. Tasty but slightly too phenolic to make it great.

Hazy amber, thick head. Lovely grapefruity, hoppy aroma, mild funkyness. Flavor has grapefruit, hops, citrus, malt. Mouthdrying. Thin body.

Hazy orange, medium off-white head. Tropical fruits and pine needle hop aromas mix well with some earthy, rural funky aromas. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Dry with firm bitterness.
