Sample at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2013. Hazy hay yellow liquid with huge white head. Aroma of white pepper, barnyard, bread, light apples, funk and earth. Taste is dry, light sour and light bitter with notes of white pepper, barnyard and bread. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 28 Sep 2013) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, yeasty nose with citrus, peaches, grapefruit and brett. Malty, yeasty taste with notes of grass, hay, citrus, grapefruit and a gentle finish with a mild citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty, but I didn’t find much of the rosehips. Quite nice.

Intense dark purple color. Looks like unfiltered Zin. Quick disappaiting head. Smells like cassis with beers and sour kraut. definitely some tartness and wildness going on. Very fascinating. Intense cassis flavor, mildly tart, very like Ribina, but more intense. Interesting. Cassis just lingers. Love it for its uniqueness.

Bottle bought at SBWF. Pours redish Brown with a tan head. Spicy vinous aroma, like glögg (Swedish mulled wine). Tastes like a light flemish red ale, harsh carbonation, spicy and a bit thin.

Small creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fruity, light malts, yeast, citrus, dried fruits, hay, citrus peel, hints of banana and bubblegum. Taste is lots of yeast, hay, weeds, citrus peel, light malts, hints of almond essence. Medium bitterness, dry yeasty mouthfeel. Boring.

Bottle. (bought at SBWF 2013) Brownish with a fairly large head. Aroma of soft funk, nuts, dark bread and some yeast. Similar taste. The body was light. The aftertaste was relatively short. A descent Low Alcohol beer.
