Draught@SBWF2013. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is brett, some floral and mild toasted and bready notes. Also some slight nuttiness to it. Flavour is wood, some fruits and also a bit of strange sweetness to it.

Draught@SBWF2013. Black colour, with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, mild coffee, some sour wooden notes as well as mild liquorice ans some ashes too. Flavour is quite similar, with a biting tartness to it. The coffee and brett actually get along quite well.

@SBWF2013. By here, my handwriting is quite hieroglyphic, with some words too heavily encrypted... Slightly hazy golden colour with small white fluffy head. Aroma is zesty, mild sour wooden notes as well as some earth. Flavour is spices, zest, some earth, herbs and mild funkiness.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 5 Oct 2013) Hazy amber colour with dense, off-white head. Malty nose with notes of yeast, citrus, resin, bread and spicy hops. Malty, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, yeast, bread and a generous spicy bitterness with hints of resin. Medium body, quite dry. Interesting collaboration with lots of both bretty yeast and citric hops. Nice one.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 4 Oct 2013) Reddish amber colour with creamy, beige head. Fruity, yeasty nose with red fruit, caramel, strawberries, raspberries and funky yeast. Fruity, yeasty taste with notes of caramel, red fruit, raspberries and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and spicy saison with a slightly fruity touch. Nice one.

Bottle (thanks to finol!) What’s this? A low alcohol belgian red with mulled wine like spicy qualities and a dry finish? Well I certainly haven’t tasted anything like it. A bit too thin (of course) but drinkable and complex enough to keep me interested.

Bottle on October 20, 2013. Thanks to Skakapa! Marked 2012.Dark brown to black color, big fluffy brown head. Brett, sort of sweet scent. Reminiscent of fermented tate, hard to describe. Metallic, wheat aftertaste. Semi smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Light acidic, red currants, metallic taste. Medium to thin mouthfeel, very low bitterness. Sweet, cola, metallic, fruity scent. Mineral, thin, light metallic taste. Sort of bitter aftertaste. Thin mouthfeel, very low bitterness. Tart.Sampled this from another glass first, then from my glass for the rating, the other glass was from the same bottle, though more enjoyabale. The other glass was also much clearer, I believe the bottle had an extensive dregg that I got all in my glass with the last pour.Leaving score as from my first taste of this in 2013.Now would be: 5/1/3/2/7=1.8
