Hazy copper pour, with a medium white head. Very fruity aroma, loads of tropical fruit, mainly mango and peaches. Some bready yeasts, and subtle earthy barrel notes with soft vinous acidity. Hints of funk, medium bitterness, very fruity finish, subtle woody barrel.

Hazy orange pour, medium white head. Light barrel funkiness, woody, earthy, lots of yeast and tropical fruit. Cant say i notice the brandy barrel, just notice A barrel. Medium bitterness, light funk, and tartness. Decent.

Least favorite of the bunch. Tropical fruit, slight funk, a little tart, some big yeast esters. The barrel is hard to find, light earthy wood, and it seems like the cognac did nothing but make this sweeter than the others. Medium bitter finish sweet cereals with tropical fruit and more yeast, pretty boring really.

Of all the beers in this series this one seems to be the least affected by the barrel. Nice tart aroma, hints of funk, some citrus rind, and yeasty aromas with good cereals. Mouth feel and carb are on point. Finish is medium bitter ith next to no signs of barrel. Slight wet hay flavour with tropical fruit, and some tartness. Nice stuff, but not evidence of a sherry barrel at all.

Slightly hazy orange pour, with a big white head. Aroma has some great funk, subtle barnyard aromas with sweet stone fruit, yeast and some vinous woody barrel notes. The carb and mouthfeel are bang on. The finish is light to medium bitter with a satisfying sweet stone fruit finish with alot of woody, vanilla flavours in the end. The wood really comes through in the finish, subtle spice, vanilla, earthy barrel, and some acidic vinous flavours. Very complex.

I don’t get the rough ratings. Some really nice funk in the aroma with some yeasty tropical fruits. Maybe a tad more on the side of a triple than a saison, but still quite nice. Mouth feel is a tad thick, nice carb. The finish is medium bitter with a nice fruity, and spicy finish with some really nice funky tang and some earthy, woody, vinous notes.

Pours a pale, hazy yellow, with a big white head. Huge aroma of trooical fruits, and mint. Mangos, peaches, and papayas. Carbonation is way over th top, and the mouth feel is way to effervescent. The finish is quite fruity, loads of more fruit, tastes like juice really, its hard to believe this is natural flavouring like they claim.

Tart, notes of lemon, citrus zest, grass, and some pale, semisweet malts. Good carb, nice mouth feel. Finish is lightly bitter, lots of lemon in the end. Peppery, and crisp.

Dark, cloudy, copper pour, with a large beige, almost light brown head. The aroma is very complex and perfumed with vast quantities of herbs, and spices. Im picking up lavender, black pepper, white pepper, rosemary, corriander, dill, and sweet fennel. Mouth feel is thick and oily, the carb is quite soft. The finish is very floral, but dry. Loads of lavender, and peppercorn, with little to no bitterness.

Hazy pink, muddy red pour, with a tiny white head. Sweet raspberry juice, and nothing much else for aroma. Slightly viscous mouth feel, with very low carb. This is tasy and refreshing, but its just raspberry juice, with a slightly tart finish.
