Unclear golden with a foamy head. Grain, malt, wort, brioche, pretzels, stone fruit, lemon zest. Malty bready sweetness, dry zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty grainy sweet and slightly bitter finish. Solid, but not the Yankee&Kraut quality I was expecting.

Süffiger, mild süßer Beginn. Weiche Herbe, würzig, spritzig, eher trocken. Herb hopfiger Mittelteil, spritzig, ansteigende Süße. Rund hopfig bleibend, mittellanger Abgang, unspannend aber rund und gut. 8/9/11/9/10/10

Can. Super fresh exotic aroma, mango, grassy, citrus. Taste is big juice, decent fresh bitterness, dry. Silky mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!
