"Yankee & Kraut Gsuffa" in der Bescheißerle-Dose (nur 44 statt der branchenüblichen 50 cl) von Liebick; 27.5.2025. - Dunkelgold bis bernsteingelb, fast klar. - In der Nase mild karamelliges Märzenmalz und feine orangenfruchtige und hopfenwürzige Herbe, gediegen aber arg mild. - Antrunk tief karamelmalzig, blaß toastig und solide hopfenwürzig mit feiner Orangenbittere. Kaum restsüß. Milder rezent, vollmundig, fein mineralisch. Im Abgang solide aber nicht zu auffällige Hopfenherbe. - Klassisch gutes, sehr süffiges Märzen. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt's für den Betrug bei der Dosengröße. „Don’t forget to rate it 5/5 on untappd”, tönt die Dose. Das könnt’ euch so passen …

Can from Bierkiste. Cloudy golden, frothy white foam. Citrus, pineapple, passion fruit aroma. Medium full pleasantly smooth creamy body, light dry grapeskin notes on a full fruity base, great balance, a bit pine resin and grapefruit in the finish. great!

Black viscouos. Aroma is vanilla chocolate dense cocoa roast and melasses. Taste is sweet velvety creamy chocolate syrup. Medium bitter cocoa. Very balanced. Heavy velvety and viscouos. As imperial stouts should be.

Had this Wednesday 21st May 2025.I actually thought that I'd had this one but was very pleased to try it again, however it would appear I've not had it. I've been working out in the garden all day, completed the extension to the new patio area. We've got Asparagus Bechamel and Smoked Ham Lasagna for tea. Not decided on the music yet. Pours hazy yellow/gold with a large sticky white head. Classic Oils, dry, crisp, great bitterness and with a great drinkabilty, really good. Nice carbonation, a little streaky bittersweet citrus touch. Very, very nice.
