Rather cloudy orange gold to beige beer, small creamy off-white head, a little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, a bit spicy, juicy, tropical fruits, a little dank, lots of oranges, orange peel, tropical fruits, passion fruit. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, good bitterness up front, a bit malty, some caramel, herbal touch, slightly sweet, grapefruit and bitter orange peel, a bit resinous. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, some alcohol, floral touch, nice and fruity, some mango.

Bottle from Stacks. Hazy dark amber, small, foamy, tan head. Aroma of rum-soaked raisin, date, Maraschino cherry, marzipan, liqueur, wet wood, clove, chewing gum. Taste has very sweet raisin, date & pear in a syrupy, brioche-like, caramelly malt body, some phenolic clove. Mild herbal hops in the finish, which is dominated by dried fruits, a touch of wood and quite boozy liqueur- or brandy-like alcohol; tequila might be there but not recognisably so for me. Medium to full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Another enjoyable "BB BA", but with a slightly cruder profile.

Bottle at home. Clear dark golden color, medium sized white to off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, heavy barrel in there, honey notes, some booze / alcohol, dried fruits, more alcohol. Hmm not great but interesting since it's definitely not standard.

Can from Dranken Vandewoude and drunk with Nelson. Cloudy orange amber colour lasting cream head. More a west coast dipa. Pine resin pink grapefruit. Its rather good I thought. Yes some strength but it handles it quite well
Decent bitterness on the finish. Yep good.
