The brewery produces around 8000 hectolitres per year, not only of its own brands of beer, but also of contract-brewed beers.The challenge for the future is a commercial one that will require the development of our key products.More than ever, we wish to emphasize our authenticity, the Belgian craftsmanship, and the character of our beers. We assert our status as traditional brewers. For these reasons, we have invested in the branding of our products, our website and our communication.

0,33l bottle at home bought from Finest Belgian Beers. BB 26.08.2021. As La Binchoise Brune 7.5%. brown color, small yellowish head. smells peppery, cat piss, earthy, damp washcloth, weird smell. full body, pearly / bubbly carbonation. tastes earthy, marzipan, nutty, peppery, bit rubbery, herbal, dried fruits, some washcloth, cat pee. finishes bitter sweet with notes of earthy notes, marzipan and some peppery notes. weird one, some off notes, not that good to drink. not a big fan of this.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Murky brown body with a thin beige head that fades. No lacing. Aroma of wood, cap gun and salted caramel. Flavour of Dr Pepper and toffee. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Decent but not as complex as other Dubbels I’ve had.

Bottle from Beer of Europe. Pours pale yellow gold with a thick white head and a few floaters. Aromas of yeast esters, bread, apple. Taste is sweet candi sugar, white bread, pear. Sweet finish.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours dark brown with a thin white head. Aromas of malt loaf and citrus. Taste is toffee, light coffee, prunes. Bitter orange finish.
