750mL bottle. Pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nice rustic yeast, chamomile and some grassy herbal qualities on the nose. Flavour has chamomile, rustic yeast, a bit peppery, floral grass, a touch of honey. Very nice, good level of complexity for a low ABV beer.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of chamomile, some herbal note, rustic notes, and toasted grains. Flavour has plenty of chamomile and fermented out honey upfront, with dry herbal notes, toasted grains, and rustic notes. Dry, nicely herbal, rustic finish. Very solid light, spiced, rustic ale.

Quite pale. Floral, honeyish aroma, with light yeast. It's light, good floral character, with a light yeasty note. So mellow, floral and drinkable.

Poured from 750mL bottle (thanks Derek & JF; bottled 12-08-25; bb 12-08-25). Hazed blonde with small white head. Chamomile, honey, soft buckwheat character, mild foeder underlay. Interestingly enjoyable especially at such a low abv.

Pale, hazy, with an extra thick head. Nice formations on that. Light hop, nice and breezy sort of character. On the palate, it's on the sweet side, clean pale malt. Okay, this is very good.

Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some bready yeast notes and faint tart notes. Taste is also a mix of faint tart notes with some light funky ester and bready yeast notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid saison with a good mix of drinkability and complexity.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with light floral undertones and dry malt base. Taste is also a mix of citrus hops notes with some dry malt and some floral undertones with a dry finish. Body is light with good carbonation. Enjoyable but not as juicy as I was expecting the Citra hops to be.
